HI, I'M LARISSA.

Larissa is a certified Yoga teacher who emphasizes energetic balance, strength, and flexibility on various levels. Her intention in every class is to create space for her students to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. After attending her first Yoga class and falling in love with the holistic practice both on and off the mat, she embarked on an intense Yoga journey. Since her training as a traditional Hatha Yoga teacher, Larissa has been teaching breath-based Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, influenced by Yin elements. Her passion for various forms of Yoga led to the development of a unique teaching style named ‘Yinyasa.’

YINYASA combines flowing and powerful asana sequences with slow movements and deep-stretching, regenerating elements. The harmonious combination of breath and movement is the focus of every class, following the principle "let the breath be your guide." Each class is designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility on both a physical and mental level through the help of your breath.

The 'Yin' in ‘Yinyasa’ represents the cycle of nature, as Larissa teaches intuitively and in harmony with the phases of the moon. Therefore, every flow has its own intensity level, allowing you to be in sync with your source. Deep final relaxations after every session enable you to leave the class both energized and deeply relaxed.
